A. Christine Tshudy, CFA, CAIA
Senior Equity Analyst/Portfolio Manager

   
 

Christine Tshudy is a senior equity analyst and portfolio manager for Watch Point Trust Company and Nixon Peabody’s Private Clients group. She manages portfolios for trusts and private clients while supporting the broad effort to manage the firm’s $1.5 billion in assets under management. This involves a range of activities from constructing multi-asset class portfolios and setting portfolio asset allocation, to selecting mutual fund managers/strategies. She reports to the Chief Investment Officer.

Originally from Japan, Christine has more than 20 years of global investment experience, serving both institutional and individual clients. She brings a mix of technical and industry knowledge, is skilled in equity valuation and security research, and experienced in economic analysis. She brings a pragmatic approach to the NP investment process. Prior to joining NP in 2005, her professional experiences include: Daiwa Asset Management in NYC, Greentree Capital Management and Maplestar Capital, both in Rochester, NY.

Christine focuses on three main areas: (1) asset allocation research/portfolio strategies, (2) portfolio / wealth management, and (3) investment research/analysis.

Affiliations

Christine is a charterholder of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). She’s a member of the CFA Institute, the Boston Security Analysts Society (BSAS), and the CAIA Association. Christine serves in various capacities with BSAS, mostly recently, as a CFA practice exam writer.
